Fragrant Qigong Level 1 Follow Me DVD

No talk, just nice relaxing music and the whole set of Fragrant Qigong (Level 1) performed from beginning to the end.
Ideal for people who have problems memorising the movements or who simply prefer to have a “company” while they practice.
Not intended to teach one how to perform Fragrant Qigong but rather to assist them in the practice of the movements they have already learnt through the Instructional Fragrant Qigong DVD.
Length: 15 minutes
